October 22, 2020, Oleg Maslennikov, Trade Representative of Russia in Thailand, took part in the 4th meeting of the Russian-Thai Sub-Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.

From the Russian side, the meeting was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Vladimir Ilyichev, from the Thai side – the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Thailand Jurin Laksanawisit.

During the meeting, the Sides discussed cooperation against the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 as well as healthcare, digital technologies and industry. The Sides agreed to contribute to increasing the volume of bilateral trade up to 10 billion US dollars.
